This historical and absolutely unique palazzo is located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Cervo and has a breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean Sea. The original rectory dates from the 18th century and has one of the best views of the sea and a perfect location next to the Church of San Giovanni Battista. The facade of the historic house rises up in the middle of the Mediterranean old town. The Palazzo consists of two separate and spacious apartments with their own entrance, but the rooms can also be ideally used as a property. The roof was completely renewed last year, only the interior needs to be renovated and completed. The living space extends to a total of 300 m2 and is divided into high, light-flooded rooms with unique frescoes. The floor consists of the original tiles and the windows have only been restored. The paintings are currently being restored and used again after completion and thus belong to the property. The first apartment consists of four bright rooms with a beautiful sea view, a bathroom, a kitchen and a 30 m2 terrace with a unique view of the sea and the church square. The second apartment offers two more light-flooded rooms, two bathrooms and another terrace, which can be reached via a staircase. The view of the roofs and the sea is another highlight of the property. There are public parking spaces above the old town and the Palazzo is only a few minutes' walk away. The Mediterranean charm of the old town begins when you leave the front door. Small restaurants, quaint cafes and many small boutiques are right next to the property.
