The property is located in an independent position in the area of Verbania, known for its picturesque lakeside promenades and gardens. The landscape of Lake Maggiore, with its impressive Alpine panorama, has a mild climate all year round and is a popular destination for tourists and emigrants from all over the world.

The property is accessible from the SS 34 highway, which provides a quick connection to neighboring Switzerland - the Swiss border is only 25 km away. Malpensa International Airport is an hour's drive away, and in about 90 minutes you can be in the fashion metropolis of Milan.

The center of Verbania can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes via a pedestrian zone. The large extension of the property also allows the construction of a heliport, which would allow to reach Malpensa airport in a few minutes.
