Manor with outbuildings and park near Leszno

Simple classical country manor from the mid-19th century with a rectangular layout, high gable roof, and usable attic. The construction of the manor dates back to Jakub Hersztopski, a city secretary from Wschowa. Over the years, many renowned families from Greater Poland have lived here, including the Szczawiński, Ponikiewski, and Kęszycki families.

The outbuilding from 1919 is a single-story brick building with a hipped roof, also with a rectangular layout and a usable attic.

The cold cellar dates back to the second half of the 19th century and features a brick entrance in the neo-Gothic style. It originally served for the storage of agricultural products.

The landscape park with old trees such as ash, lime, and oak also dates back to the mid-19th century. The original paths and three ponds are preserved. The area of the park property is 4.3017 hectares, additionally, there is another plot with a former tennis court and a venue for concerts and events with an area of ​​0.1625 hectares.

The property is partially fenced and has two access roads.

All buildings are in need of renovation. For heritage enthusiasts with a limited budget, phased renovation would be possible here. For example, the small outbuilding could be made habitable first, with renovation and use of the mansion planned for later.
