Castle located in the historic center of Cavallirio, northwest of Milan and nearby Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. Originally, the castle emerged in 1770 from an oratory called "Isola San Rocco". Between 1944 and 1948 it was restored and enlarged. The original round tower was raised to 25 meters and crenellated. The paintings and frescoes are by Prof. Pietro Gaddia.

Layout and interiors of the castle
The palace building extends over several levels. On the representative first floor there are original frescoes. The spacious entrance hall leads to the salon with an ornate fireplace, which is followed by a study, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. All floors on the first floor are made of marble. An elegant staircase leads to the second floor, where a total of three bedrooms are located. One bedroom also has a study and a large bathroom. On this floor there is also a terrace with a view of the garden. On the second floor there is a separate apartment, which was last renovated in the 1980-ies. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. All floors are covered with parquet.

Possible uses
The property is suitable for both private and business purposes, especially for services in the event industry or business events. There is an option of conversion to a B&B. In case of private residential use, the site grants sufficient privacy.
