The “Greek House” is a defining historical landmark located just off the market square in Myślenice, south of Kraków.

Built in the late 17th century, the property first served as an inn for Armenian merchants, locally referred to as “Greeks,” which gave the building its name. In 1818, an additional upper floor was added, giving the house its present symmetrical form.

This solid masonry structure with plastered brick walls, mansard roof and distinctive central risalit is a rare example of Polish small-town architecture blending Baroque and Classical elements. Many historical features have been preserved, including original ceiling beams, woodwork and 19th-century bourgeois interiors.

With 4,640 sq ft (431.5 m²) of usable space across basement, ground and attic levels, along with full modern infrastructure, the house offers a stage for new ideas – whether as a museum, gallery or cultural venue, as a boutique hotel with atmosphere, or as an inspiring place for dining, working and gathering. A large rear garden adds further potential.
